Issue Summary
Some customers aren't showing up inside the customer organisation in the customer's section. If you search them through email, they show up with the organisation right beside their names, however, going into the organisation you cannot see them.
Effectively, they are members of the organisation, but not visible through the UI.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a JSM project;
- On the left sidebar go to customers;
- Select an organisation;
Expected Results
The customers should be visible inside the organisation.
Actual Results
Some customers don't show up inside the organisation, they are only searchable through the customer's page.
Workaround
Contact Atlassian Support informing this bug.

they are visible under rest/servicedeskapi/organization/<orgid>/user
