Issue Summary

When using Team managed projects and adding custom fields with the same name, various gadgets 'statistics' fields shows duplicated entries. There is duplicate entry for each identically named custom field, making it impossible to choose the correct field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 2 Team Managed projects
2. Add a custom field of type 'Checkbox' named Checkbox to Project1
3. Add a custom field of type 'Checkbox' named Checkbox to Project2
4. Add the Pie Chart gadget to a dashboard, notice that the Statistics field has 2 entries 'checkbox' - one from each project

Expected Results

The statistics field should only have one entry for check box.

Actual Results

The statistics field has multiple entries for the field checkbox (one for each team managed project with the same custom field name)

• Pie Chart
• Two Dimensional Filter Statistics
• Workload Pie Chart
• Issue Statistics
• Heat Map

Workaround

A possible workaround is to prefix the custom field name with the project key to make identifying the correct field possible. Eg. TM-Checkbox, TEAM-Checkbox
