Issue Summary

The status 'Canceled' in the project is currently spelled incorrectly although the system settings and user language setting has been set to be English UK.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update Jira system settings Default Language to be English UK
2. Ensure that the profile of the user creating a project is set to be English UK as well
3. Create a new Jira project (Company or Team Managed Project)

Expected Results

The status 'Canceled' that created as part of the workflow of the project should be displayed as 'Cancelled' as per UK spelling.

Actual Results

The status 'Canceled' that created as part of the workflow of the project will by default be using the spelling of 'Canceled' instead of 'Cancelled' as per UK spelling.

Workaround

Utilise the Status Translation option from Settings -> Issues -> Statuses and select "Translate Statutes" option. Update the 'Canceled' status to be 'Cancelled'. However, this may not be reflecting in all screens with the right status (i.e: workflow screen, JQL queries)
