Deleting a custom field, the audit log records this entry as Jira.

Issue Summary

When a user Deletes custom fields in Jira, the audit log shows the Author as Jira instead of the user name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field and delete this custom field.
2. Navigate to Trash, and delete this custom field from the Trash as well.

Expected Results

The audit log should show the Author as the username who performed this deletion.

Actual Results

The audit log shows the Author as Jira.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
