Description
In JQL, we have options to filter issues using 'Date Range' and 'Date and Time Range'. However, we do not have any option to filter issues using only 'Time Range (irrespective of the date)'.
One of the use cases for this feature: Customers work in shifts, so JSM Administrators would like to generate a report on the incoming issue count for every shift (to balance the support resources).
Expected filter (sample):
Project = X and createdDate = Any and createdTime > 09:00 and createdTime < 17:00
