Prevent users from assigning issues to people who's not on same team

      Problem Description

      Users can assign ticket to any account in 'Assignable user' permission. In this case, if different teams work on same project, people from team A can assign cases to members of team B.

      Suggested Solution

      Restrict the assignee field so it only retrieves users from same groups/role.
