Ability to send notification when mention users using @ on Issues Work Log

      Currently, it's not possible to get an email notification to users who are tagged using @ on the issue's work log.

      Though all Watchers, Current Assignee & Reporter would get an email notification, that would be as a part of the default notification scheme.
