Ability to customize Jira Issue view UI

      As a Jira Administrator, I should be able to customize the UI of the Jira Issue view to be able to hide system Icons like:

      • Create Attachment
      • Create Subtask
      • Watcher
      • Feedback
      • Link issue etc.
