Problem Definition:

Atlassian user visibility contains the option to display email addresses to "Only you and admins." However, when site/org admins are viewing any Project-specific page (such as the People page), any Atlassian account using the "Only you and admins" visibility setting doesn't have their email address listed. This information can only be found in the site/org User management page, which involves jumping back and forth between the Administration and Project pages to track down user emails.

Suggestion:

Display the email addresses to administrators within the People entry of a Project if the user has their visibility set to "Only you and admins."
