Issue Summary

Custom field User Property field is editable when it should not be.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field using the type User Property Field (it says its a read-only field in the description)
2. Set a default value using a preset user property
3. Create an issue

Actual Results

The field can be edited

Expected Results

The field should not be editable

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
