Issue Summary

Depending on the scenario, when the user in on the Dashboard page, the browser scroll bar keeps "blinking", causing the page a "shaking" behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

With the below setup:

• Windows 11
• Chrome 96.0.4664.110 - 64 bit.

Go to Dashboard, create a dashboard with 3 gadgets (3 columns), probably, because the first gadget is not large enough, it causes this "blinking/flickering" behavior.

Certain zoom level of the web browser may cause the scrollbar on the page to flicker

Expected Results

Screen should be displayed normally.

Actual Results

Screen scrollbar starts flickering, causing a bad UX.

The below exception is thrown in the browser console:

Workaround

Toggling the browser to full screen, but when it's not at full screen, there's currently no know workaround.
