      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Radio Button custom field
      2. Add it to a project's Create issue screen.
      3. Try to create an issue

      Expected Results

      The field shows up as a Radio button correctly.

      Actual Results

      The radio button shows up as a Select List.
