Allow full create issue screen for sub-tasks

      It would be useful to have a feature to create sub-tasks on a full create issue screen available in Jira Cloud.

      As of now, if you set any field displayed on your sub-task as required, Jira will pop up the full create issue screen.

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-72506 – Creating a subtask / issue in Epic should open in a pop-up. Please note the workaround there.

            The full-screen version exists in the old issue view in the issue context menu. Please enable this method for the new issue view as well.
