Summary

In the new issue view, users are unable to vote on issue which are moved to a Done status category even though the resolution of the issue is not set.

In the Jira old issue view, users are able to vote on issues in Done status category if the resolution is not set on the issue.

Suggestion

It would be great if admin can be provided with the options to control the voting abilities in the new issue view such as:

• Allow voting based on:
  a) Done status category
  b) Resolution field (Similar to the old view)
