Issue Summary
The "Your Work" section display tickets with internal URL links even if the user doesn't have internal access to that JSM project.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a licensed Jira user (Jira Software for example) that doesn't have Jira Service Management license
- Add this user, as a customer on a JSM project
- From the Customer Portal for that JSM project, the user can raise/comment on a ticket
- Now, when this user access Jira internally, and click under "Your Work", the ticket will be displayed
- Clicking on the ticket, will route the user to the Internal view of that ticket, and not to the Customer Portal
Expected Results
Although a licensed Jira user, if the user don't have JSM license or access to the project, the ticket shouldn't show up under "Your Work" with a link taking it to the internal view of the ticket. It should take it to the Customer Portal view.
Actual Results
The issue is being displaying, and clicking on it, will display the following error message "You don't have access to this issue". This might cause some confusion for the user.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
