Comments copy/paste doesn't work as expected in some browsers

Issue Summary

copy/paste comment works differently in different browsers, firefox keeps the formatting and attachments, other browsers seem to break it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. If a user copies a single comment and marks the selection till ‘edit’ ‘delete’ and ‘emoji icon’ then the formatting is lost when you paste the content into the comment box, please check the video attached below. It does work fine only in Firefox
2. Also, due to this when copying a chain of comments, it can not be pasted in a proper format. The issue occurs when you include edit’ ‘delete’ and ‘emoji icon’ in your selection

Expected Results

The copy comments behavior should be the same in all the browsers

Actual Results

Formatting is lost in multiple browsers, Firefox keeps the formatting and attachments, other browsers seem to break it.

Workaround

1. Copy/Paste one by one and do not include the links ‘edit’ ‘delete’ and ‘emoji icon’ in your selection
2. Use Firefox browser
