Restrict Export feature as part of roles/permissions

Hi,

In order to mitigate security risks, we need to be able to restrict the export feature to Admins only rather than switching it off for everyone. I see you have some suggestions open already, I'd like to know if this something you're considering in the near future as it does have an impact on internal and customer security risk assessments.
