Description
Currently, when searching for a string using the format "ABC-123" in Jira using the quick search, Jira will list the pre results as key = ABC-123 OR text ~ "ABC-123", but if we press enter Jira will try to open the issue "ABC-123" and would not return the pre results listed previously.
If the issue doesn't exist, the message "You don't have access to this issue. Make sure the issue exists in this project. If it does, ask a project admin for permission to see the project's issues." is returned, but the issues that have the "ABC-123" in their summary won't be returned.
It would be good to have the correspondent result as shown when typing the string in the quick search.
key = ABC-123 OR text ~ "ABC-123"
