Issue Summary

The list of apps that's usually visible by clicking on "Apps" in the top navigation menu disappears when zooming in. 

The issue has been tested in Chrome and Firefox with the same results: on a 22" screen having resolution 1920x1080 the apps disappear when zooming to 150%.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Jira in your browser, click on "Apps" in the top navigation menu and see the list of installed apps:
   
2. Zoom in until "More" appears as top navigation item.
3. Click on "More" and then "Apps", see that the the list of apps is now barely visible and scrollbars that you cannot really scroll appear:
   
4. Zoom in at least one more time, and once again click on "More" and then "Apps"

Expected Results

The same list of installed apps from step #1 is visible

Actual Results

The list of installed apps disappeared:

Workaround

No workaround, you can only zoom out
