On slow systems, workflow transitions with Log Work screen become unresponsive to log time

      Issue Summary

      On slow systems, a project workflow with Log Work screen in a workflow transition becomes unresponsive and users won't be able to log time

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a screen adding Log Work field and add the screen to a workflow transition
      2. In the project's field configuration, make the field Log Work mandatory/required
      3. On the project board, try to open an issue and transition/drag and drop an issue so that the Log Work screen shows up (These actions should be immediate so that Log Work screen overlaps issue view modal)
      4. Try to add time in the Time Spent field

      Expected Results

      Users should be able to log time on the Log Work screen when transitioning issues across board columns

      Actual Results

      The Time Spent field is not clickable and users cannot log time on the Log Work screen. Also, we see a secondary window open (issue view screen) below the Log Work Screen 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
