As a Jira Cloud user, I would like to be able to set my own share defaults for dashboards, filters, and other similar objects.

This is available for Jira Server and Data Center, and I'm not really sure what about Cloud would suggest that the same use-cases wouldn't __ be...it's still a pain to need to set share permissions each time.
