Issue Summary

The new desktop Teams app makes it possible to communicate with Jira in many ways. However, there are a few instances where the app shows a blank screen with no apparent errors or reasons why it failed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Microsoft Teams for Jira app
2. Sign in to your account with your credentials
3. Connect to your Jira instance
4. Try to set up the notifications to finalize the configuration

Expected Results

The configuration should be completely set up appropriately

Actual Results

The configuration page just shows a blank screen with no error.

Workaround

• There seems to be an issue with the cache and in some cases by signing out of the Teams app and logging in again, repeating the entire configuration set seems to resolve the problem.
