Issue Summary
When an issue doesn't have watched the eyeball icon is top aligned.
It is only centered when there is a watch count present
Steps to Reproduce
- Open an issue with no Watchers
- The eyeball icon is top aligned
Expected Results
The eyeball icon should be centered aligned like the other icons
Actual Results
The eyeball icon is top aligned
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
