Ability to sort users by lastname, firstname

      Hi Team,

      In fields like "Assignee", "Reporter", "Requestor" we have our users displayed in form "FirstName LastName". We would like to have an option to display users in "LastName, FirstName" format, as it will help to sort user's by last name.
