Issue Summary
Where there is no Notification Scheme associated to a Project, there is no way for the customer to re-associate a different Notification Scheme.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any Company managed project
- Go to the Notification settings
- On the Actions dropdown at the top-right select "Use a different scheme"
- On the new page select "None" for the notification scheme
- Confirm the changes
- Go back to the Notifications section for the same Project
Expected Results
At least the Actions dropdown should be present to allow the customer to re-associate a Notification Scheme
Actual Results
The central Panel is completely empty which lefts the customer with no option to re-associate the Notification Scheme.
Workaround
- Find the Project Id for the affected project
- modify the below URL with the proper instance name and Project ID:
https://instancename.atlassian.net/secure/project/SelectProjectScheme!default.jspa?projectId=XXXXX
