Issue Summary

double clicking on status name in issue view gives error "The requested workflow doesn’t exist or is private"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Click on the status name and take no action
2. Step 2 Now click again on the status name
3. Step 3 You would see the rrror : "The requested workflow doesn’t exist or is private"

Expected Results

Transition list should appear without any issue

Actual Results

Transition list does appear but an error pops up as well.

Workaround

Refresh the page or just click on the transition name to transit the issue. It is important to mention that the transitions are not impaired and can be done normally even if the error pops up.
