Issue Summary

The Story Points field is editable despite the field being removed from the edit issue screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Exclude Story Points from the edit issue screen but have it on the issue view screen – The field is still editable
2. Exclude another custom field from the edit issue screen but have it on the issue view screen – the field is not editable

Expected Results

The same behavior as other custom fields. I.e if the field is on the issue view screen but not on the edit issue screen, then the field should be visible (for as long as it has a value) but not editable.

Actual Results

The field is still editable despite the edit issue screen not containing it.
