Issue Summary

Default Issue Type Scheme becomes corrupted in the database while updating the scheme. Users will not be able to create new issues or access the existing issues in the projects using the Default Issue Type Scheme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. The exact steps to reproduce the issue are unknown. Editing the Default Issue type scheme results in this behavior.

Expected Results

Can create Issues like usual.

Actual Results

Cannot create Issues. The Issue Type Scheme name will be shown as ${issueTypeScheme.name} in the Project settings.

An attempt to change the Issue type scheme will result in a 500-Internal Server Error.
