Issue Summary

It's not possible to select an option for Fix Versions field in Create Issue event as also in bulk edition feature.

Steps to Reproduce

In creation event:

1. Make sure Fix Versions is part of Create Issue screen in Project Settings > Screens
2. Set Fix Versions as a required field through Project Settings > Fields
3. Try to create an issue and set a Fix Version in Create Issue screen

Expected Results

The options for this field should be shown.

Actual Results

No options are shown and the field is presenting as a thin box, not being able to select a value. If Fix versions is set as required, this blocks issue creation.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
