Problem Statement:

The Issue View doesn't render .eml or .msg files attach to Jira issues. 

eml files are rendered as text

msg files are rendered at code

We are unable to open RMPSG files (encrypted files)

Suggested Solution:

E-mails should be rendered as they originally are (maybe render as HTML, per example).

Why this is important

Both of these file extensions show a lot of low-value information to the user when viewing an issue.
