As of now, we can share filters with the below:

• Project: Shares the Filter with the users added in a particular project.
• Group: Shares the Filter with the users of a specific Group.
• My Organisation: Shares the Filter with all the Jira users on the site.
• Public: Makes the filter available to the internet.
• Private: Makes the filter only visible to you.

However, it would be great to have the ability to share the filters with a specific user from a particular domain, as we have under Profile Visibility.
