Ability to change Board's Admin in Team-Managed Projects

Use case scenario

In team-managed projects, the board admin is automatically assigned to the user who created the project.
If the user left the company or if the user's account was deleted, the board list view will show the board's admin as "former user". And there is no option given to change the board's admin.
Of course, this doesn't prevent other admins to modify the board settings. However, it could create confusion when determining who's the owner of the board.

Expected behavior

Provide an option to change the board's admin either in the Boards list view or in the board settings.

Actual result

No option is available to change the current board's admin.
