Issue Summary

When using Two Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget, if the configured Filter has more than 3900 characters in their JQL, the available sub-filters crash with a 400 Bad request error - Request header is too large

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Filter with +3900 characters in their JQL search
2. Create a Dashboard & add the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget
3. Ad the created Filter to the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget
4. Open any of the sub-filter queries available on the table

Expected Results

Open the Filtered results of the Gadget

Actual Results

The page crashes because it tried to open the Filter + the sub-Filter on the URL of the request.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
