"ASSOCIATED ITEMS" remains unsearchable in the "Jira UI Audit Log" search

Issue Summary

On searching for a user in the Jira Cloud UI Audit Log, only the "Operational Details" output is searchable but not the "ASSOCIATED ITEMS" related entries.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira Cloud "Audit Log"
2. Type user name in the search text box
3. You will get results where the respective user belongs to the "OPERATIONAL DETAILS"
4. Now export the Audit Log
5. In the exported CSV, search with the user name.
6. You will see any related results which include the "ASSOCIATED ITEMS" output as well.

Expected Results

ASSOCIATED ITEMS will be searchable in Audit log

Actual Results

Only OPERATIONAL DETAILS used for search in Audit log
