When removing an issue from a sprint, the change history may fail to update

      Issue Summary

      When removing issues from a sprint, some issues may end up missing a change history item.

      This results in incorrect sprint status reports, where the issues appear to still be in the sprint.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Remove issue from a sprint in the backlog screen

      Expected Results

      Issue has a change item recording sprint: Sprint Name -> none

      Actual Results

      Issue has no change item related to the sprint

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
