Ability to remove the 'Reply to Customer' option for agents on Sub Tasks

      Current behaviour:

      The agents can add public comments on the sub tasks however customers cannot add any comments to it as it is not visible on the portal.

      Expected behavior:

      It would be great if the 'Reply to Customer' option can be removed for agents on the sub-tasks in Jira.
