Problem

when using the edit option for an issue under the dashboard, the interface is spinning and not loading at all.

Environment

JS

Steps to Reproduce

Open Your instance
Click on Dashboards on the top
Select any dashboard which has a gadget and with an issue displayed.
click on the ... dots to the right of the issue and then select edit
It does not take you to a screen, but simply loads ( spinning )

Expected Results

It should open the issue for editing

Actual Results

Does not allow to edit the issue from the gadget ( dashboard) and then simply spins
