Ability to remove code snippet via panel under comment or description

Steps to Reproduce

Click here to access the video with the steps.

1. Open an issue
2. Add a "code snipped"
3. Select the code snippet recently added
4. Click on code snippet again via panel

Expected Results

When clicking second time on code snippet with a code selected it should remove the code snipped instead of add another code snipped.

Actual Results

Under comment or description, when we try to remove the code snippet via panel it will add another line instead of remove it.

Workaround

Remove it manually.
