Summary

Canceling the file upload before completion causes the issue creation to be stuck

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue
2. In the Create issue modal, upload an attachment and cancel it before the completion

Expected Results

As the upload was canceled, the issue is created without problems.

Actual Results

The issue cannot be created, as you get the error message Upload in progress, please wait.

Note: As this error message won't go away, it's necessary to cancel the issue creation and start over.
