    Description

      In the Jira cloud when I paste screenshot onto an issue, I will see an attach screenshot dialog to enter a file name for the pasted image. This feature is not avaiable in cloud.

      Expected:

      You can capture a screenshot and drop or paste it directly onto an issue.

      1. Capture a screenshot
      2. Drop or paste the image onto the issue
      3. Enter a file name
      4. Select Upload
