Ability to remove done Epics from Team-managed projetcs Epic panel

      We want the ability to remove Epics marked as 'Done' in the Epics panel from a Team-manged project.

      Right now if the Epic is marked as 'Done' and its child issues are also marked as 'Done' IF the issues are in a Sprint the Epic will not be removed from the epic panel, will be displayed even if they are in a 'Done' status.

      We want the ability to remove an Epic from the epic panel at any time.
