Issue Summary
Basic Search does not show available options when Context is used for "Select List (cascading)" custom field
Steps to Reproduce
- create a custom field of type "Select List (cascading)", for example: "Product category"
 - enter cascading options on both level one and level two options
 - associate the new field with a project
 - add context for issue type "Task" only
 - on your selected project, add cascading values to some of your Task issues under this project
 - go to Filters > Advanced Issue Search and select:
 
- your project, issue type: Task, More > "Product category"
 
Expected Results
A drop down will be available giving you the option to select a value from Cascade level 1, then Cascade level 2
Actual Results
A drop down is showing, giving you the option to only select "Any":
 
 
Workaround
- Remove related context (issue type/projects) if applicable
 - Or, use the Advanced issue search to select related values
