Original Estimate should be placable with the "Time Remaining" portion of Time Tracking.

      You should be able to place the field "Original Estimate" near "Time Remaining" within the Time tracking Tab on the issue's screen.
      Now, you only can place the field "Original Estimate" in the right-hand column
