Opening an issue/ticket from Dashboard opens the issue with the add-ons panels automatically

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add some add-ons to your instance
2. Open an issue from the Your Work Dashboard

Expected Results

The issue should open with the add-ons panel to minimize from the issue view

Actual Results

The issue opens with all add-ons panels open from the issue view screen:

Workaround

Manually hide them from the issue view:
