Story points and Story points estimate not working when the mobile phone language is not English

Issue Summary

Story points and Story points estimate not working when the mobile phone language is not English (iOS and Android).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the language of your phone (tested with Portuguese and German).
2. Open the Jira app and on a JSW ticket, try to edit the Story points and Story points estimate.

Expected Results

It’s possible to edit and save the changes.

Actual Results

On Android, the button “Save” is greyed out.

On iOS, it shows com.atlassian.jira.api 400.

Workaround

Change the phone language to English.
