Allow Jira to read and extract EXIF metadata from image attachment

      Problem Definition

      When adding an image attachment to a Jira issue, there are some use cases where it would be useful to know where the image was taken. This information can be stored in the image metadata (EXIF) but Jira isn't able to use this metadata.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow Jira Cloud to read and extract EXIF metadata to custom fields. This way, the location metadata from the image file could be used to automatically populate a custom field.

      Workaround

      Manually record the information in custom fields.
