At the moment, when accessing an issue in Jira on the New Issue View, Jira adds some white spaces between fields.

This causes the user to have to scroll down to see all fields that could be displayed on the screen without the white spaces.

Suggestion

Reduce the white spaces between fields or add the ability to choose the size of these white spaces.
