We use Jira and customers often add comments to issues by replying to an email that they got which was triggered by a previous comment.
This email includes icons that Jira itself inserts, e.g., a Jira icon, a checkbox icon, and a "view issue" icon.
As a result, every time someone does this, the following three bogus attachments get added to the issue:
An easy and obvious improvement would be for Jira to have a special rule to not auto-attach to a Jira issue any email attachments that are identical to icons that are sent by Jira itself in notification emails.
