Issue Summary

People field changes are not visible on the History tab on team-managed projects via UI.

It shows the changes via API when using https://domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/KEY-123/changelog

Steps to Reproduce

1. On an issue type, add a custom field of the type “People”.
2. On a ticket, change the values of the field.

Expected Results

It shows the previous and the new value on the History tab.

Actual Results

It only shows that someone updated the field, but without the information about the old and new value.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
