Quick filters don't appear on board when navigated from Sprint Health Gadget

      Issue Summary

      When we try to navigate to the sprint from a Sprint Health Gadget the quick filters in the board fail to render.

      In subsequent attempts this starts to work again and the quick filters reappear.

      It is evident from the Network logs collected, that in the failed attempt a call is made to /rest/navigation/2/board/<id>?exclude=webItems.reports,webItems.home,webItems.gin which is not available in any subsequent attempt.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a fresh session, add a Sprint Health gadget to a dashboard. Give the page a couple of refreshes to ensure that its a fresh session.
      2. After configuring a board and an active sprint from the board, click on the sprint name so that it takes you to the board.
      3. After verifying that the quick filters don't appear, hit the back button from the browser and repeat the same action. Note that the quick filters reappear.
      4. Go back to the dashboard and refresh the dashboard page and click the sprint name. The issue reappears.

      Expected Results

      The board should load with the quick filters.

      Actual Results

      The quick filters don't appear in the first instant. But upon refreshing the board page or on making subsequent attempts, the filters reappear.

      Workaround

      Refresh the board so that the quick filters reappear.
